Clearing out

Cleared out all my previous posts just to start over. I liked the last two posts, though, because they show off the bears I've made.

I'm also clearing out a lot of things in my house. I'm selling loads of stuff on Bonanza. I'm not trying to really make a buck, just clearing out the old stuff. Perhaps to make room for more.

White Bear

The white bear wanted to get in the blog doing his impersonation of the Abominable Snow Bear. He usually hangs out on my computer with his buddy the Moose.

With this bear I learned that while I love long fake fur, I don't like to work with it. It was very difficult. So difficult in fact that I never gave him ears. This doesn't seem to bother him, nor does the fact that his right eye is a bit torn. He may end up with an eyepatch very soon.

I'm not the best bear maker, I just love to make things that aren't very practical.

This is the first bear that I've made. I found her looking at me from the pile of books, journals, and paper scrunched behind the shelf. She wanted some fresh air and out of the corner. I gave her a photo shoot and she did feel better. Still, a little grumpy looking.
